Former director of operations gets vice president role for the emerging frozen yogurt and café concept.

Red Mango Yogurt Café & Juice Bar promoted Craig Erlich to vice president of operations.

Erlich joined Red Mango in 2013, supporting franchisees in the Northeast. He was promoted to national director of operations in November of 2013 and helped implement several program rollouts including Smoothie Factory, Red Mango Café & Juice Bar, Cold Brew and Snack Rack. Additionally, Erlich has worked with the field support managers to identify potential opportunities to maximize sales growth at each Red Mango location across the system.

Prior to Red Mango, Erlich worked with such retailers as CVS Pharmacy, KB Toys and JoAnn's Fabrics.
