Pranitha mourns the death of Shakuntala

Sandalwood actress Pranitha Subhash, who has also acted in several Telugu movies, is rather upset today. On hearing the news of Telugu veteran actress Telangana Shakuntala, Pranitha tweeted, "Sad to hear of the sudden demise of Telangana Shakuntala garu..may her soul rest in peace."
Telangana Shakuntala is said to have died of a Cardiac arrest late Thursday night at her residence in Hyderabad. In fact, Pranitha acted with the veteran actress in the 2014 film Pandavulu Pandavulu Tummeda.
The film, directed by Sriwass, became a superhit even though it was a multi-starrer. After hearing about the demise of Telangana Shakuntala, Telugu actor Siddharth also tweeted, "RIP Telangana Shakuntala garu. Vibrant, warm, and such a talented artiste. Gone too soon. Strength to the family."
