JAMMU, June 13: A man died due to electric shock in Suchetgarh area, falling under the jurisdiction of RS Pura police station.
As per police sources, Ajit Raj, son of Kharkhu Ram of Suchetgarh received electric shock at his home.
He was rushed to RS Pura Hospital and was later referred to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where doctors pronounced him as brought dead.
After completing legal formalities, the body has been handed over to family members for last rites.
A case has been registered at RS Pura police station and investigation started.
