In Rome do as the Romans do, and this is exactly what Sridevi and her two daughters Jahnavi and Khushi did when they touched the Oriental shores. After wowing the Indian audience in her comeback film, English Vinglish, Sridevi along with her daughters looked exotic dressed in kimonos, with their hair knotted up in a bun, holding the delicately designed fan— an important accessory of the Japanese women when they stepped in to watch the special screening of the Japanese version of the film in Tokyo. Now, if only Boney Kapoor too had worn the Hakama— Japanese traditional attire of men, they would have looked like a charming Japanese family!
Not without my husband
Sunny Leone was quite a sport at a recent event announcing the seventh season of MTV Splitsvilla. The actress took the onus of answering every question, even the controversial and personal ones, on her own. She didn’t let the emcee interrupt when a question about trouble in her married life was posed. She was quick to remark, “My husband is my angel. You can say whatever you want to, but it won’t affect our relationship in any way.”
Again, when someone asked her if she would continue to work in adult films, she gave a curt response, however, with a smile, “Why don’t you do a bit of research. I stopped working in adult films the moment I came to India.”
