Riteish copies Bachchan's Deewar?

The trailer of Riteish Deshmukh���s debut Marathi film ���Lai Bhaari��� shows Riteish interacting with Vitthal Mauli (God) and one just can���t help but remember the iconic scene featuring Amitabh Bachchan���s dialogue in the temple from ���Deewar'.
When asked the writer of the film Sanjay Pawar if he had drawn inspiration from Amitabh Bachchan���s scene from ���Deewar���, he said, ���Everything has an inspiration these days.Riteish���s character shares a special bond with Vitthal Mauli therefore the conversation between them. We have not taken any inspiration from any particular scene but it is but natural for the audience to compare the two scenes.���
