NAGPUR: Hingna police have booked a dhaba owner and his two waiters for culpable homicide not amounting to murder after a youth from Jaripatka was killed under a speeding truck on Jabalpur Road, National Highway 7, near Gawsi Manapur on Tuesday night.
Police said the deceased Vicky Vedse, a resident of Jaripatka, was knocked dead by the truck while he was trying to flee from the dhaba without paying the dinner bill.

Cops said six people from Jaripatka had gone on two motorbikes to the dhaba for dinner. After having food and drinks, the youths were asking each other to foot the bill. Meanwhile, dhaba owner Jaspal Singh and his waiters picked up an argument with the youths.
