Chakravyuh actress Anjali Patil to play leading role in 'Finding Fanny Fernandes'

AnjaliPatil will play a leading role in Homi Adajania’s 'Finding Fanny Fernandes', along with Arjun Kapoor and Deepika Padukone. The actress’ previous credentials include a National Award (Special Mention) for her performance in the Telugu film Na Bangaru Talli, critically acclaimed film Delhi In A Day and Prakash Jha’s 'Chakravyuh'.

A source revealed, “The story revolves around a bunch of friends who are in search of the character played by Anjali.” When contacted, Anjali confirmed.“Yes, I’m playing Stefanie ‘Fanny’ Fernandes. It is a fun role, of a Goan girl-next-door. It’s not everyday that you get to play Naseeruddin’s love interest.”
