A teenage girl has accused two men of gang-rape in the remote village of Takia Hal, Sherwan, the police reported on Thursday.
Sharmeen Bibi*, 16,a resident of Haripur, told Sherwan police she was in a relationship with one of the suspects, Saqib, a resident of Khola Kehal, Abbottabad.
Saqib asked her to meet him in Bagh Garden, Abbottabad, on Tuesday but when she arrived she found that Saqib had brought along a friend, Asad, who took her to Takia Hal village on the pretext of the Nikah ceremony. When they arrived, Saqib and Asad raped her the entire night and around dawn, they called five other friends to join them. However, she escaped and reported the incident to Kothiala police, who arrested Saqib, Wasif, Asif, Khurshid, Muhammad Aqib and Sabir Siddique while Asad is still on the run. The medical exam confirmed the rape. (*The victim’s name had been changed to protect her identity)

@shahrukhKhan: Rape is rape. Doesn't matter who it is done by or what happened before. You do not have the right to have sex with a person, if that person has not given clear direct consent to do so.
@Mustafa Alvi: That is what I am telling, Pakistan is a land with full of hypocrite men. They want to do every wrong thing, Like having relationship with multiple womens, drink, love affairs.. But when they see their women doing this they go for honor killing, beating, voilance... So dont justify your hypocricy and law should be equal for both man and women.. why man has never been killed on the name of honour killing? bcoz land of hypocrites..

The most modern world is depicted in Hollywood which shows 110% reality that every romantic love story is sexual thats why western are ture and we are liers and hypocrite N third world country. when it is known that you will touch bare electric cable you will get shock then why to go for it, same is the illegal relationship you do wrong yourself and curse government and law. Go and check police investigations on rape, when they take out call and text records what they reply " Yeah to larkee he theek nahee thee, itnee vulgar messages kartee thee". So first deserve then desire.

There are places where no movies are allowed yet these crimes happen what will you say in that case? These are people who think they can get away with such crimes due to poor law and order situation/enforcement of law and social stigma surrounding such women who the rapist think will keep quiet and exploit them brutally.

Almost 90% youth falls in love affair and hardly 3% reached to marriage,, So what about 87%. Our youth watches and believe in more in Indian Cinema (jub tuk hai jaan mai jaan, Ashiqui etc).. But do not watch and learn from the true story dramas of our own channels, those are based on actual events.. There should be law Any rape done by those who are not lovers should be registered and prosecuted... And any rape does by lover, Law should not be responsible..Because love demands scarification..!!
Start giving shariah punishment prescribed and these cases will go down automatically.
