The pet side story of TV actors is worth mentioning. With Avika Gor having recently posted the pic of her four month old Chihuahua, Shiro, on a microblogging site, the list of TV actors who love to muse about their pet companions has just gone larger. Here’s a look at telly stars who simply love their pet buddies:
Romeo and Narcy, Aashka Goradia’s Labrador and Turkish Angora Well, the sultry beauty is as passionate about her career as she is about sharing some me time with her pets — Romeo, a four and a half year Labrador and the cutie pie Narcy, a Turkish Angora.And the pet side story of Aashka is equally endearing as the actress pitches in saying, “I love that Romeo and Narcy eagerly wait for me to get back home and I am to narrate my day’s activities to them, which I love doing.”
Cuddle, Dipika Samson’s Pug It’s a perfect start to a rocking morning when Dipika’s Pug Cuddle wakes her up everyday. “Cuddle wakes me up every morning at 6 to tell me, ‘hey I am awake… play with me’. The moment I pick him up and cuddle up, he takes an early morning nap resting on my shoulder and later wakes up to play. This is a perfect beginning of my mornings.”

Oreo, Rashami Desai’s Pekingese Rashami has a very cute tale to tell about her darling Oreo who is seven months old. “Oreo waits for me to return from the shoot. He loves to travel with me in the car. When I hug him I feel I am hugging pure innocence and unconditional love. I make sure I spend some time with him daily and if I am busy he demands my attention and time,” says a perked up Rashami.
Moyo, Ravi Dubey’s Cavapoo A proud pet lover is Ravi Dubey. Says the actor, “Sargun (my wife) and I are very much connected and involved with Moyo, who is three and a half year old. I remember the day when he had come to our place and the next day he fell sick. We tried all the possible medication and saw to it that he is fit and fine. He gives a lot of confidence to me. Sargun and I are like parents to him. He is our life.”
Daisy and Goffy, Nandish Sandhu’s pets The TV actor feels there is some phenomenal bonding that gets him closer to his three cherished possessions – Daisy (German Shepherd), Goffy (Pug) and a Dachshund. The actor says, “Even though I don’t get to spend time daily with my dogs, since they don’t get to live me with, their affection is what makes me feel touched. Every time I go home, I don’t know how they sense my arrival that I find them eagerly awaiting for me at the gate. I understand one thing that the bond is strong and I love them a lot.”
Bruno and Black Rani, Tina Dutta’s Golden Retriever and Labrador “My five month old Bruno is a naughty brat with whom I have a lovely me time. I am Bruno’s mom. My two year old Labrador Black Rani is my best friend and lucky charm. Both make me happy and vice versa. It’s great to have them in my life as they are loyal and bring abundant love,” says Tina Dutta.
Shiro, Avika Gor’s Chihuahua Says Avika, whose pet Shiro is four months and 20 day old, “Shiro loves playing and running with me. I spend time with him before the shoots and the after the shoots. I cut my nails regularly, so that he does not get hurt. Shiro gives me unconditional love. He teaches me the real definition of pure love.”
