AHMEDABAD: Online retailer Naaptol.com now emphasises on doubling its seller base in Ahmedabad. Currently, the retail platform has a large network of sellers from the state of Gujrat spanning Ahmedabad, Surat and Rajkot.
With almost 20 vendors from Ahmedabad alone, the company said that Gujarat contributes to 8-10% of the total orders online. The move to amplify its seller base in the city is the next big step by the company to escalate its revenue this fiscal year.

Manu Agarwal, CEO and Founder of Naaptol said, "We are constantly endeavouring to target markets that cater to the increasing demands of our consumers. The products sourced from Ahmedabad fall under some of the most coveted shopping categories online and we are determined to tap the vibrancy and versatile commercial prospects offered by sellers in this city to scale our business further."
Agarwal added that the merchants based in Gujarat, mainly retail sarees, dress materials and imitation jewellery and these categories, have always topped the shopping category mix at Naaptol. With this strategic development, Naaptol aims at further strengthening its business prospects in the city of Ahmedabad.
