Run like John Abraham

Looks like actor John Abraham was heeding the advice of athlete Carl Lewis, even though he did just one lap around Kanteerava Stadium at the TCS World 10 K on Sunday.
Lewis had cautioned participants not to run too fast initially and burn out within minutes of the start of the race and instead to maintain a steady pace to get to the finish line. Get the point? Slow and steady... wins the race.
