Zarina Wahab to enter FIR as Aamir’s mother

Comedy show FIR, which has so far restricted itself to the professional life of the cops, will now explore their family life too.
And the first cop to have his family introduced in the show is Aamir Ali, who plays Chief Inspector Bajrang Pandey. Veteran actress Zarina Wahab will soon enter the show to play Aamir’s mother. Says a source, “We are planning to introduce his father as well.Though nothing is confirmed, one might even see Bajrang and Chandramukhi Chautala (Kavita Kaushik) tie the knot in future.” Confirming the news Zarina says, “I have watched the show and it’s very entertaining. Also, Benaifer Kohli, the producer of the show, is a dear friend.

I have worked with her in Zaara — Pyaar Ki Saugatand hence, I accepted the offer. I told her that I have never attempted comedy before and that’s when she said it’s a very simple character and I won’t be required to do comedy.”
