V K Prakash has dared to broaden his horizons by helming films in five different languages, including Marathi. Now we hear that the director is all set to direct his third Bollywood movie, with Mimoh Chakraborty (Mahakshay), son of veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty, and supermodel Urvashi Rautela in the lead. VKP has directed a film earlier with Mithun Chakraborty, titled Phir Kabhi.
Confirming the news, he said, “I would call it a platonic love story; quite unlike the romances that we see these days.
The untitled movie is set against the backdrop of Georgia, and revolves around the unsaid romance between a couple.”
Urvashi, former Miss Universe India 2012, will reportedly play a school teacher in the movie, and Mimoh a young and successful businessman. “The movie revolves around two people from different backgrounds. Despite all their dissimilarities, they fall in love with each other. However, they are not able to communicate with each other owing to certain circumstances,” says the director.
The other actors on board include Suhasini Mulay, Ravi Khemu and Sneha Nambiar. The movie is based on the script written by Punjabi scribe Dheeraj Rattan while P K Anil has written the screenplay.“The shoot is likely to commence next month in Georgia,” he adds.
