Candidates bank on poll managers in campaigning

BAHRAICH: The teams of all the candidates campaigning behind the scene are busy these days and handling the entire election management. They help in organizing public meeting and also manage the daily routine of the contestants. These election managers are working day in and day out to ensure the victory of the candidates. Some of them are the son of the candidate and some are trusted party members while in some cases the father of the candidate is handling the election campaign.A few candidates are being helped by their spouses.
The responsibility of the campaign of SP candidate from Kaiserganj seat is on the shoulder of his nephew Suraj Singh. His brothers Mahesh and Narendra Singh are also working hard. Balendra Srivastava, brother of Congress candidate Mukesh Srivastava is shouldering the responsibility of campaign. The campaign of BJP candidate Brij Bhushan Singh is being handled by his sons and nephews. The family of BSP candidate KK Ojha is supporting him in his campaign.
In Gonda, Rakesh Verma, son of Congress candidate Beni Prasad Verma, is the incharge of his father's campaign. SP candidate Nandita Shukla campaign is being looked after by her son Rahul Shukla and brother-in-law Nityanand Shukla. Former MLA of BSP Mohammad Jaleel Khan and Mohammad Zaki are supporting BSP candidate Akbar Ahmad 'Dumpy' in his campaign. The responsibility of election campaign of BJP candidate Kirtivardhan Singh is on the shoulder of few senior BJP leaders and former MP Satyadev Singh.
In Bahraich, BJP candidate Savitri Bai Phooley is banking on former MLA of Mehsi Sureshwar Singh. The campaign of Congress candidate Kamal Kishore is being handled by his wife Poonam Kishore. The party activists and supporters are holding the campaigns at her instruction. Former city president of Congress Sheikh Zakariya Shekhu and Shailendra Gupta are also playing significant role. The campaign of SP candidate Shabeer Balmiki is being handled by district president of Samajwadi Party Ramtej Yadav and district panchayat president Haji Imlak Khan. BSP candidate Vijay Kumar's campaign is being handled by district president of the party Ajay Gautam. Sukhram Prjapati is also chipping in.
