Cska on verge of final four milan win


(MENAFN- Kora) Cska took the opening game of the five-match quarter-final series against panathinaikos 77-74 in overtime on wednesday and followed that up with a resounding 77-51 home victory.

cska edged into a 21-19 lead at the end of the first quarter then took charge of the match by stretching their advantage to 39-25 at half-time and there was no way back for the visitors.

maccabi pulled off a stunning comeback to beat the italian side 101-99 in the opening game of the series but they were unable to repeat that feat in game two.
