Rihanna has agreed to settle a court case after suing her ex-accountants who she says mismanaged her finances, costing her millions of dollars.

The singer said accounting firm Berdon charged "exorbitant" fees from her concert tours.

The company was also accused of mishandling the 26-year-old's taxes and not monitoring unpaid song royalties.

Rihanna's legal team said she suffered major losses during her 2010 "Last Girl on Earth" tour.

They claimed the firm collected millions of dollars in commissions.

The original lawsuit said that Rihanna had first hired Berdon when she was a 16-year-old who knew nothing about financial matters.

The terms of the agreement weren't disclosed during a brief legal hearing in New York on Thursday.

Lawyers for Rihanna and the defendants haven't commented.
