Israel IDF kidnaps Lebanese nationals on Lebanese territory

Reports said the kidnapping occurred near Shebaa after a unit crossed the technical fence, Naharnet reported.

LBCI identified the two men as Qassem Zahra and his brother Hassan.

A 12-member Israeli commando unit crossed into Lebanon for a length of about 150 metres and kidnapped the farmers while they were working in the fields, a Lebanese official stated.

The two women are Nuhad Ali Awad and Wafaa Ali Moussa while the child's name is Wouroud Hussein Zahra, it said.

Israel occasionally kidnaps shepherds, claiming they were in Israeli territories.

The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon has managed to secure all prisoners safe release back to Lebanon.
