About two months ago, preaching in South Africa, it dawned in my heart that for years we have been hammering more on the one side of blessing and sure enough and God has been blessing His people with much success and good things. It is God’s highest desire that His children prosper as His Word declares clearly; ‘I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper…’ 3 John 2.

However, after the blessing comes, none enjoys it due to frail health, afflictions and various forms of sicknesses and diseases. Many are sick, thereby draining all finances and blessings in a bid to be well. The blessing is there but no power to enjoy it. This Easter holiday I have a good word for you — your healing is knocking right at your doorstep, O hallelujah. Easter is not just a holiday, something happened over 2000 years ago; Jesus Christ of Nazareth died on the cross for you and paid the price for you to be whole. By his stripes you were healed! He wants you to prosper and be in good health so that you enjoy the blessing.

‘Now there is at Jerusalem by the sheep market a pool, which is called I the Hebrew tongue Bethesda, having five porches. In these lay a great multitude of impotent folk, of blind, halt, withered, waiting for the moving of the water. For an angel went down at a certain season into the pool, and troubled the water: whosoever then first after troubling of the water stepped in was made whole of whatsoever disease he had. And a certain man was there, which, had an infirmity thirty and eight years. When Jesus saw him lie and knew that he had been now a long time in that case, he saith unto him, Wilt thou be made whole? The impotent man answered him, Sir, I have no man, when the water is troubled, to put me into the pool, but while I am coming another steppeth down before me. Jesus saith unto him, Rise take up thy bed and walk’ John 5:2-8.

This is a remarkable story in the Bible of how a man suffered from an infirmity for 38 years.  Are you afflicted by a disease or a situation for quite some time now? Have been in and out of courts for over a decade? Cheer up, a miracle of God can touch your life and change it forever. Like we read above, there was a pool with sick people who would wait for the stir of the water.

Anyone who jumped into the water first was healed of any condition. Even If five people jumped at the same time something would happen! I want to tell you today that anything you desire, you can get it. The enemy that is taking your peace and causing disorder in your life; that dis-ease must get out! It must depart and disappear forever.

Something good must happen in your life; body, business, family, children and all areas that concern you. Even if you are staying with people that hate you. Don’t worry.

Today is a good day. Easter is a good time; the water was stirred already; blood was shed on Calvary, all your sicknesses, diseases, bad lucks, miscarriages, and all infirmities were lifted by the Lord Jesus Christ! The water is stirred, before the sun sets down, something good is coming your way. Sickness must leave!

Sometimes only a few people are identified as sick but there are many people who are walking up and down yet sick. This guy had an infirmity. He may not have had a headache or felt pain but he could not walk for 38 years! And the most painful part is that he was there all this while when others were being healed. Ever been discouraged and seen other rise and succeed all your life?

The man was not a kilometer away, no, but so close. Friend, this Easter you are so close to your miracle! Only believe and have faith in God. With him all things are possible. The thing you have desired in a long time, God is doing it for you!  Something good must happen to your problem. I already feel that something good, O hallelujah! If God is saying yes, what can say no. That TB, tumor, asthma, poverty, trouble marriage, strained finances and every form of sickness in your life cannot say No.

Take note also, when I am talking like this, don’t think about the witch that threatened to take away your life; to fail your marriage; to get you fired at work; to eat your unborn baby; to collapse your business or do any of those terrible things to you. No! S/he failed and didn’t make it to eat you since you were a child until you grew up to be who you are today. Focus on the Word of God. No weapon formed against you shall prosper. The charms and juju will not work against you. It’s neutralised by the powerful blood of the Lord Jesus Christ. O hallelujah!

You could also be saying, ‘Eh but bishop my problem has been like this for the past 10 years, I am giving up!’ Don’t! Do you know why? For 38 years the man was suffering, but never lost hope for a better future and a better tomorrow.

Time has nothing to do when God wants to perform a miracle. You may have suffered 25 years, but now all you need is to lift up your hands in faith, to Him. Kana vakarovera hoko usatya nhasi pane chinoitika! (If they used charms against you don’t worry today something is happening!) Enough is enough. How can one work for 10 years and achieve nothing?

Staying 38 years with a situation; means getting used to it. It has become part of you so much such that even if God wants to heal you, you relax and don’t see it. You are used to it – used to the problem.  You can be dead without even knowing it, eating guavas! Don’t get used to the things of God.

Let me give you a secret in accessing you healing miracle in this holiday – don’t get used to God, never. Even being slain in the Spirit, some can get used to it. People of faith don’t get slain and rise up with nothing. No. don’t get used, even to sickness, poverty, being fired from one job to another, one miscarriage after the other, No, no, no. its over!

We are not living to survive. We came that we may have life in abundance!

Let everything that has been tying you behind be shaken. Even if you have been told that your poverty runs through the bloodline, we have a blood that brings a better life in Jesus.

Today we are setting a line of the blood of Jesus and telling the enemy, ‘Just cross and see!’ like we used to do herding cattle as kids and tell an offender, ‘Just cross this line and you will see what I will give you!’ indicating fists ready for a fight! I plead the blood of Jesus over every circumstance that has tormented your life and family today in Jesus name. It’s over, it’s broken in Jesus name. It is finished!
