Gulzar compliments Amruta

Actor Amruta Subhash has had a fleet of compliments coming her way after winning the national award recently.
But the best among all, informs Amruta, is the one that came from veteran poet and film lyricist Gulzar. Amruta has in the past worked with Gulzar and has translated noted Marathi poet Kusumagraj���s works in Hindi for him.
The actor says, ���I have been in touch with Gulzar uncle and after the national award news broke, I messaged him informing about my achievement.��� Gulzar, who has been chosen for the coveted Dadasaheb Phalke Award recently, texted Amruta a sweet reply saying, ���Haan muzhe bhi beta, congratulations!������
Amruta has been adjudged as the Best Supporting Actress for her film Astu, at this year���s 61^stNational Film Awards.
