A funeral for Peaches Geldof, the British model and TV personality who died at age 25 in early April, will take place on Easter Monday.

The service is to be held at St. Mary Magdalene and St. Lawrence Church in Kent, England. According to the UK Press Association, Geldof's family said that the funeral will be private.

The church is also where her mother, Paula Yates, was laid to rest in 2000 after her death by heroin overdose, and where Geldof married in 2012.

Peaches Geldof, whose father is musician and political activist Bob Geldof, died Monday, April 7. Her death is being treated as "unexplained and sudden," Kent police told NBC News last week.

Geldof's initial autopsy provided no immediate answers as to the cause of her death, and toxicology results are expected in one to two weeks.

She is survived by her husband, musician Tom Cohen and their two sons.
