Maheka Mirpuri unveils her resort wear collection at a SoBo hotel in Mumbai

Maheka Mirpuri’s presentation of her Caribbean Dream to unveil her resort wear collection was a beach-front themed outing held at a SoBo hotel. The décor was all al fresco, with hay-thatched cabanas, coconut tree-lined pathways bearing sand and pebbles, hammocks and crab shells strewn all over.
Sheds were serving bubbly and coffee, along with tropical drinks with sushi and sandwiches.Her guests included Laila Khan, Tara Sharma, Amrita Raichand, Kadambari Lakhani, Bhagyashree, Madhoo, Peenaz Masani, Kunika Singh, Sangita Jindal, Esther Daswani, Indu Shahani, Farzana Contractor, Kahini Arte Merchant, Kaushika Hemdev, Mona Narang, Rishma Pai, Delna Poonawala and Sangita Singh along with actor Ranjit’s wife. From mandarin-collared dresses to short apron-wrap dresses and knee-length sheaths, mini-skirts to blousons and maxis, long-tailed kurtas with cropped pyjamas to saris, the collection was a hit.
