Cox: Automatic still possible

Leyton Orient winger Dean Cox has not thrown in the towel in the chase for automatic promotion.

The O's are back up to third after a thumping 5-1 win over Gillingham last weekend, while second-placed Brentford lost at Swindon to close the gap to seven points with four games left. Russell Slade's side head to mid-table Crawley on Good Friday while Brentford host another promotion-chasing side, Preston. And Cox is hoping there could yet be another twist in the race for second spot. "Brentford losing makes it a little bit interesting," he said. "Hopefully there will be a little bit of squeaky-bum time for our rivals. "There's still half a chance, you never say never, and if it is going to be the play-offs we want to keep this momentum going. "The Easter period is very important. It's not a very good pitch down at Crawley, but we'll go there looking for three points."
