The online test is being held in 40 various cities across the nation. The test paper will consist of 140 objective type questions which will have to be solved in a time duration of two and a half hours. The exam paper will be bifurcated in four parts: physics, chemistry, biology and mathematics. Candidates will have 35 questions from each section except biology. Biology will consist of 50 questions in total.

For every correct answer, candidates will be rewarded with three marks whereas for every wrong answer in physics, chemistry and mathematics section, one mark will be deducted. And for every wrong answer in biology, 0.7 mark will be deducted.

Candidates who wish to grab admissions to undergraduate programmes in Health Sciences are required to attempt the physics, chemistry and biology sections, whereas those who wish to take admissions to Engineering programmes are required to attempt questions in the physics, chemistry and mathematics sections.
