Colombian singer/songwriter Juanes will talk the business of music during the Billboard Digital Superstar Q&A during the Billboard Latin Music Conference in Miami which kicks off this Monday (April 21) and leads into the Billboard Latin Music Awards on Thursday (April 24).

Hosted by Terra, the leading digital content producer in Spanish and Portuguese, and presented by State Farm in association with Pepsi, Juanes will be interviewed on April 22 during intimate conversation with Ingrid Otero, executive director of programming of Terra Networks (USA) and Horacio Rodriguez, senior director, Digital Marketing of Universal Music Latin Entertainment US & Mexico.

The interview will include discussion around the digital and global launch of the new album “Loco de Amor” with “Terra Live Music in Concert,” Juanes’ first on-stage performance as seen around the world.

Juanes has recorded six solo albums and is a two-time Grammy and 19-time Latin Grammy winner with nine No. 1s on the Billboard Latin Airplay chart. Juanes has an online following of over 15 million fans in addition to his global activism through his charitable work including his “Mi Sangre Foundation.” He is also the co-founder of “Paz sin Fronteras,” which advocates that everyone should have the basic human right of peace.

Terra last month presented Juanes to the world during the digitally-streamed “Terra Live Music” showcase live from Miami one day after the release of Juanes new album.

The Billboard Latin Music Conference, featuring industry executives and top Latin music acts, includes the participation of Alexis y Fido, Carlos Vives, Elvis Crespo, Enrique Iglesias, Gloria Trevi, Jencarlos Canela, Kat Dahlia, Leslie Grace, La Marisoul, Laura Pausini, Marc Anthony and Roberto Tapia, among others.

The Billboard Latin Music Conference will take place April 21-24, at the JW Marriott Marquis in Miami, Fla. The conference culminates with the Billboard Latin Music Awards, a three-hour multi-million dollar production that will be air live at 8 p.m. (7 p.m. Central). The awards honor artists based on Billboard’s weekly charts and will feature performances by top artists across all genres of Latin music.
