I’m not sure what exactly inspired YouTube user Heather Stockton to mash up the Kanye West, Jay Z, Big Sean collaboration “Clique” with the Cabbage Patch Kids, but the result is something to behold. The footage appears to come from the short film The Cabbage Patch Kids: The Club House, and it syncs up surprisingly well with the posse cut’s boastful lyrics and swaggering beat.
Is the result hilarious or just creepy? Like many things related to Kanye West and the popular ‘80s toy, it’s probably a little bit of both.
