BHOPAL: In a big relief to the Shivraj Singh Chouhan government, Madhya Pradesh high court on Wednesday rejected all the petition demanding CBI probe into one of the biggest education scam in the state.
It has ordered special task force (STF) to continue with its investigation under it's monitoring.
In its 106-page judgement, court has ordered STF to submit copy of all FIRs related to the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (PEB) before it by April 25.

About 13 petitions including, five by congress and other people were filed in court.
The decision can be considered a shock for congress who were trying to surround BJP state government in this scam.
"We would challenge this decision in the Supreme Court, its not a matter or political rivalry or personal vendetta, its a matter of hundreds of thousands of students who were cheated by those involved," says KK Mishra, Congress spokesperson.
He was one of the petitioners.
Mishra and others had moved Jabalpur high court demanding CBI investigation of this scam alleging that BJP government may influence the investigation of STF as some of its Minister's were involved.
