FMA has opened a second consultation on the proposed Regulatory Reporting Guide for Authorised Financial Advisers (AFAs). A copy of the consultation paper is available here.
This second consultation paper highlights the key themes that arose out of the submissions received by FMA from the first consultation on the Regulatory Reporting Guide and includes a high level summary of FMA’s responses in relation to some of those themes. It also includes the revised Regulatory Reporting Guide and Information Return which FMA are now seeking feedback on.
Submissions close on 9 April 2014.
