Tanvi is the new Sweety in Madhubala

A new entry is lined up in Madhubala --- Ek Ishq Ek Junoon, produced by Abhinav Shukla's Nautanki Telefilms, to spruce up the drama.

Actress Tanvi Thakkar will play the role of Sweety --- Leelawati (Swati Anand) and Bittu Sharma's (Indresh Malik) daughter. Tanvi has featured in shows like Yeh Ishq Haaye and Miley Jab Hum Tum. The role was originally played by Shweta Vyal.
Says a source associated with the show, "Sweety will become a pivotal character in the upcoming track. While Shweta played the part perfectly, we wanted an even stronger performer to pull it off.It will be interesting for the audiences to see a stronger storyline in Madhubala and stronger characters like Madhu, Tamanna and Sweety."
