There are changes within the executive management at two production sites of the GRASS Group: Mark Hámori as Director of Sales/Product Management will reinforce GRASS GmbH & Co.KG in Reinheim (Germany). André Scheidt is the new Managing Director at the GRASS Hetal plant in Alpirsbach (Germany). In this way GRASS, known for its high-quality and innovative movement systems, is reinforcing its focus on the product areas of hinge, flap and corner-cupboard systems as well as cupboard hangers.

With his re-entry into the GRASS Group, Mark Hámori, in addition to Helmut Kainrad, will assume the responsibility for the Reinheim production location and thus for the product groups of hinge and flap systems and manage the sales and product management areas there. Helmut Kainrad will be responsible for production and technology as well as the commercial areas. Mark Hámori was already working for the as-yet not merged company GRASS as the Director of Sales and Marketing from 2004 to 2008. For the past five years he has been successful as the Managing Director of Würth Hungary. GRASS is also a subsidiary of the Würth Group.

André Scheidt is the new Managing Director at the GRASS Hetal plant in Alpirsbach (Germany). Mr Scheidt was most recently successfully working for the Voith Group as the Senior Vice President in the Voith Turbo area. He will thus be relieving Andreas Nögel, who has led the company since the middle of 2011 and in future will again be taking up other challenges within the Würth Group. Helmut Kainrad will also remain as another managing director for the product areas corner-cupboard systems as well as that of the automotive business operated by Hetal at this location.

The goal is to expand our market position with the gentlemen Hámori and Scheidt and to gain new customers and projects for GRASS”, remarked Ronald Weber, Chairman of the GRASS Executive Board. Both managing directors are also members of the nine-person corporate management, which is responsible for the overall direction of the GRASS Group and which comprises the following:
