Alamodalaindi to be remade in Hindi

Director Krish, who has completed shooting for his maiden Bollywood film, is going to have some company soon. A little birdie tells us that director Nandini Reddy might soon be making her Bollywood debut. Yes, b uzz is that the filmmaker is presently working on giving final touches to the script of her maiden Hindi film.
The RJ-turned-filmmaker took Tollywood by storm with the rom-com Ala Modalaindi three years ago and now, her critically acclaimed maiden venture is turning out to be her ticket to Hindi cinema.
It is reliably learnt that a leading Bollywood production house has expressed interest in tying up with producer Damodar Prasad (aka Damu) to remake the film in Hindi. Deliberations have been on for a while and the filmmakers are expected to meet in May to finalise the details of collaboration.
The pre-production works of the film will kick off soon after. It will be interesting to see who will be playing the roles of Nani and Nithya Menen in the Hindi version. Watch this space for more details.
