SRINAGAR, Apr 12: A 3-day Kashmir Spring Challenge Fest was inaugurated at SKICC today.
Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, Shalindra Kumar was the chief guest on the occasion.
Lead Singer of A.R. Rehman, Shweta Pandit enthralled the audience with her songs.
On April 13, 2014 cultural show and water sports activities will be held at 11.30 p.m at SKICC, on April 14, while Art, Culture and Kite Festival will be highlights of 3-day Fest.
Besides, comedy show will be held at Zabarwan Park on the same day at 5 p.m.
Secretary Tourism and Director Tourism also attended the Fest.
