During the ACM Presents: An All-Star Salute to the Troops event, Carrie Underwood debuted "Keep Us Safe," her latest single. The ballad features Underwood making an appeal to the heavens:
"God keep us safe tonight / Keep our eyes toward the skies / Send down an army of angels / To make us brave / And keep us strong and unafraid / God keep us safe."
ACM Presents: An All Star Salute to the Troops concert went down April 7 following the 2014 ACM Awards and will air as a two-hour special May 20 at 9 p.m. EST on CBS.
