In early trading on Friday, shares of Cisco Systems (CSCO) topped the list of the day's best performing Dow Jones Industrial Average components, trading up 1.3%. Year to date, Cisco Systems registers a 2.3% gain.
And the worst performing Dow component thus far on the day is JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPM), trading down 3.3%. JPMorgan Chase & Co. is lower by about 5.1% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Goldman Sachs Group (GS), trading down 1.6%, and Chevron (CVX), trading up 0.6% on the day.
