CTF shows FR chemicals for nowovens at INDEX 14

Italy-based CTF 2000 specializing in the development and production of flame retardants, chemical specialties and auxiliaries is participating at one of the biggest ongoing nonwoven trade fairs – INDEX 14 at stall no. 4330.

It develops and produces chemical specialities and tailor made solutions which are used in the textile industry in upholstery, mattress, carpets, curtains, needlefelt and automotive segments.

For the nonwovens segment it has –

Addiflam PP50

It is a halogen free non permanent flame retardant. It is also non hygroscopic and ammonia free and is very efficient on synthetic fibres and blends. It has a special ‘low fogging values’ for automotive segment and has good compatibility with fluor carbon like Addiguard.

Addiflam sl PN21 HF

It is a water based slurry of phosphorous flame retardant with a synergist, which is nearly insoluble in water and organic solvents. It can be blended into existing waterborne binder systems for applications in water based intumescing coatings.

Addicryl uni R.SP4

It is of screen coating type with 55% solid content and is an anti-slip coating for mattress ticking.

Addiflam uni R.SP 4HF

It is of screen coating type with 50% solid content and is a halogen free FR anti-slip coating for mattress ticking.

Addiflam R.SP31 new

It is a semi wash durable halogen free (soak resistant on 100% natural fibres) flame retardant. The treatment is suitable to pass the BS 5852 part 0 & 1 & 5 and the soak test according to BS 5651 on CO, CV and flax. It is advisable to use this in combination with Addilink CT 01, Addilink EXT 01 or Addilink UBIC 01.

Addiflam pow SLF100

It is a FR soluble powder with 99% solid content and is to be diluted in warm water to become very economical, universal halogen and phosphorous free flame retardant for non-durable applications.
