The Central Bank publishes FAQ on revised Corporate Governance Code for Credit Institutions and Insurance Undertakings 2013

The Central Bank has published an FAQ guide on the revised Corporate Governance Code for Credit Institutions and Insurance Undertakings 2013, which is due to take effect on 1 January 2015. The existing Corporate Governance Code and FAQ guide (issued in 2011) will continue to apply in the interim period.

The Central Bank has indicated that the FAQ guide reflects questions which have been raised in relation to the Code.
