No glitches on Day 1 of online JEE
MUMBAI: The first online session for the Joint Entrance Exam (Main) was smoothly conducted on Wednesday across the city. No glitches were reported on Day 1 of the exam. Around 2 lakh candidates appeared for the exam from over 500 centres in the country.
Ramesh Batlish of FIITJEE said, “The level of difficulty in the online and offline exam (conducted on Sunday) was almost the same.
Students found the physics section tougher than the other two sections. None of our students have complained about technical glitches.”
While students and coaching institutes alleged that the physics section in the offline exam had some erroneous questions, it is difficult to determine the errors in an online exam, said a teacher. The online exams are conducted in two slots on four days.
