A student of Amalorpavam School has been selected for the Balashree Award

Amalorpavam student wins Balashree award

Puducherry: S. Aroul Rosario, a student of class XII of Amalorpavam Hr. Sec School has been awarded the Balashree award for the academic year 2012-13. The first round of selection was held at Puducherry, which he cleared to compete in the South Zone and then the National level competition held at New Delhi. He was selected as a winner of the Balashree for Creative Art. He will receive the award from the President of India.

Maiden Annual Day at M.G.V Global Academy

Tirupur: M.G.V Global Academy located in Angeripalayam celebrated its first Annual Day recently. The annual report was delivered by the Principal Athiya Parveen Babi. Prizes were distributed by the Correspondent Manjula Baalaji.

Displays of yoga, silambam, Karate, dance, drama and music were put up by the students. The programme ended with a dinner arranged by the Chairman Baalaji Vennugopal
