Watch: ‘2 States’ soulful number ‘Chaandaniya’

Living in different cities and getting accustomed to new jobs, both Ananya (Alia Bhatt) and Krish (Arjun Kapoor) look lovesick and mournful as they try to brave a future without the other.

Based on a novel by Chetan Bhagat, ‘2 States’ tells the tale of a South Indian girl in love with a Punjabi boy. The film is said to depict the couple’s struggle against their parents as they fight to be together, crossing all borders and boundaries.

Directed by Abhishek Varman, ‘2 States’ will hit theatres on April 18.
