RANGO ENERGY, INC. FILES (8-K) Disclosing Change in Directors or Principal Officers, Other Events, Financial Statements and Exhibits(Edgar Glimpses Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers On April 1, 2014, the board of directors of Rango Energy Inc. (the "Company") accepted the resignation of Herminder Rai as Chief Financial Officer and a director of the Company. Concurrent with the resignation of Mr. Rai, the board of directors appointed the Company's President and CEO, Harpreet Sangha, as Chief Financial Officer on an interim basis. Further on April 1, 2014, the Company issued a news release announcing that it has agreed to divest its current joint venture agreement with Innex Energy to a new company to be headed by Robert Harrell. Further, on April 2, 2014, the Company issued a news release announcing that it will change its name to Verde Science, Inc. The name change represents a change in the Company's focus to the licensed medical marijuana business sector.
