SKARDU - Minister Local Government and Rural Development, Gilgit-Baltistan, Muhammad Ismail Sunday said that construction work on three hydel power projects will start soon. The Minister said that selection process of site have been completed by revenue department and power division for construction of Balygond, Dumsum and Saltoro power houses.  The Minister told APP in Khaplu that these three hydel projects will be completed at a cost of Rs. 950 millions.  After completion of three power projects, 6 megawat electricity will be available for people of Ghangche district and shortage of power will reduced, he added.
