Arya's film on drug cartels?

Only a few days ago, news broke out that Meagaamann, director Magizh Thirumeni's next film with Arya, would feature seven villains. The news caught the attention of all those in the industry, making many wonder what the film was all about.
Now, Chennai Times has learnt from reliable sources that the plot of the film, an action thriller, has something to do with international drug cartels and their influence on the drugs market in India.
Says one reliable source, 'The unit of the film is shooting in Goa. The team has been doing extensive research on international drug cartels. Considerable research seems to have gone into gangs based in Hong Kong, Mexico and Eastern Europe and the influence they exert on the market in the west coast of our country.'
Adds the source, 'Arya plays a high-tech thief in this film, which seems to be shaping up well. The film is a commercial, action thriller. Going by the amount of effort that has gone into research and knowing Magizh, it looks like there won't be any sequences that defy logic in the film.'
