New Readers Press Brings to Market Citizenship Materials to Align With New Form
Syracuse, New York (PRWEB) April 03, 2014 -- New Readers Press, the publishing division of ProLiteracy, announces it has revised its best-selling title called Citizenship: Ready for the Interview just in time for the new Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, released by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) (http://www.uscis.gov/).
The revisions to Form N-400 include additional tools to make eligibility determinations, present customers with clearer instructions, and incorporate technology that improves efficiency and accuracy. The eligibility requirements for naturalization have not changed.
Beginning May 5, 2014, applicants for naturalization will be required to complete the new Form N-400, which is more than twice the length of the old form. The New Readers Press student book Citizenship: Ready for the Interview guides applicants through filling out each part of this new form.
Citizenship: Ready for the Interview includes new vocabulary terms and more complex questions related to the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act and the Child Soldier Prevention Act. The book also includes comprehensive practice interview dialogs and instructions to understand the naturalization process. The book’s audio component gives students practice listening to sample interviews and hearing how questions will be asked.
New Readers Press is offering a 20 percent discount on all its citizenship materials through the month of April. To take advantage of this discount, customers should use promotion code APR14 during checkout.
