Man strangles wife over alleged affair

GREATER NOIDA: A 25-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly killing his wife over an extramarital affair. Police officers said the accused, Sonu, had married Sapna last year and often fought over her purported affair. The couple had another fight on Tuesday night after which the accused strangled Sapna and fled.
However, police arrested the accused, who later confessed that he was deeply troubled over his wife's alleged affair, because of which he took the extreme step.
In another case, a man was arrested for allegedly raping an 18-year-old girl in Rabupura in Greater Noida.
