Bharwad and Goswami had allegedly attacked Mahesh Dobariya of Sitaram Society on Kalawad Road. The duo fired at him after damaging his Mercedes car on the busy Kalawad Road before fleeing from the spot.
Sources said Dobariya, who is engaged in jewellery and construction business, was going from Race Course Ring Road to Kalawad Road when the two youths came on a bike and intercepted his car. They took out a knife to attack Dobariya, who got out of his car and ran away. Meanwhile, Bharwad fired at him. Dobariya managed to escape. However, the two accused went on to damage the car.
