North Eastern Railway pays dues to retired staffs

The North Eastern Railway (NER), Varanasi division, organised a programme for the payment of dues to the retired railway employees on Monday.

VARANASI: The North Eastern Railway (NER), Varanasi division, organised a programme for the payment of dues to the retired railway employees on Monday.
According to NER spokesperson, 31 railway employees retired on Monday (March 31). They were paid Rs 2.25 crore as retirement dues.
Meanwhile, the Diesel Locomotive Works (DLW) also organised a similar programme and paid Rs 1.16 crore to nine retired employees.
