Earliest memory of food: When I was forced by my mom to eat bhindi ki sabzi.
My favourite recipe: I love chipotle pizza.
When I have the kitchen to myself: I turn highly experimental and try out new dishes. But I always need help.
When I am on a diet: I prefer sticking to breads and salads. Since I am a vegetarian, I have very few options.
The best meal I have ever eaten: My best friend got me addicted to chipotle pizza and a Thai crunch salad and I just added peach iced tea to the meal.
It was the best meal I have ever had.
My favourite cuisine: There are three – Italian, Gujarati and Thai.
I love to share my meal with: Anyone who has enough love in their heart to understand what it means to share a meal.
One country other than India that serves heavenly food: America, since I love junk food!

Aashka Goradia's Chipotle pizza
INGREDIENTS: Yellow bell pepper: 1, Red bell pepper: 1, Green bell pepper: 1, Corn: 1½ cups, Olive oil: 2 tbsp, Salt and pepper: as per taste, Philadelphia cream cheese: 230 gm, Chipotle sauce: ¼ cup, Naan bread: 4 pieces, Cilantro: ¼ cup
METHOD: Dice the yellow, red, green bell peppers and place on a baking sheet. Then add the corn. Drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss to coat. Place this sheet in oven and bake at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes. Remove baking sheet from oven and place it underneath the broiler for 3-4 minutes to finish. Set aside to cool down. Place the Philadelphia cream cheese in a bowl, add chipotle sauce and whisk to combine. Spread this on the naan and add a layer of roasted vegetables on top. Scatter cilantro on top. Lastly, drizzle remaining two tablespoons of chipotle sauce on top.
