And not just this, she mesmerzied her fans with her awesome singing skills and won Star Ya Rockstar. We ash her what is it that she tries out to stay fit? “I have always been slim and do not have the tendency to put on weight easily. I do pranayam and meditation in the morning and I follow it up with yoga. It is something I never miss out on wherever I’m and however tight schedule is.
It keeps me feeling light, fresh and positive. I never have needed to go for rigorous workout, thanks to yoga.”
So is this petite actress careful about diet or is she a foodie? “Usually I do watch what I eat — but then I’m a foodie and love to explore the local cuisines to any place where I go. I ensure my day starts with lime juice, I go on to relish all as per my mood — being a Gujarati, the traditional recipes definitely top my list and I love undhiyu made by my mom — she’s the best cook in the world. I do enjoy chicken and fish; I’m particularly fond of fresh water fish based recipes. And yes, I’m an absolute street food lover — I simply follow eating small meals and keep regular intake of green tea which helps me avoid overeating.”
