The detection of crime branch (DCB) has nabbed a burglar who was wanted in several cases of burglary and one case of dacoity.

VADODARA: The detection of crime branch (DCB) has nabbed a burglar who was wanted in several cases of burglary and one case of dacoity. Kalpesh Parmar, a resident of Dahod was arrested when he was passing from Golden Chowkdi on national highway 8 on a motorbike. He was arrested after a burglar Ramesh Padhiyar spilled the beans about Parmar’s whereabouts during police interrogation.
Parmar was wanted in seven cases of burglary and one of dacoity that occurred in Manjalpur in 2011.
The accused used to commit the crime with his gang from Dahod. He has admitted to have committed burglaries in Gorwa and Gotri areas. Parmar used to work as a contractor and keep eye on locked homes. He used to inform his gang and then commit burglaries with them. The police said that one of the gang members used to sell off the stolen jewelry at a shop in Dahod. The cops have now begun search for three of his gang members.
