Synopsis: Set in the 80s, the film is about Tarpaulin Murugan, who is a feared name on the highway near Periakulam, stealing goods from lorries that ply on the road. He gets into a tiff with the new cop, Maasaanimuthu, who is a crooked man himself.Maasaani lusts after the local dhaba owner Manga, who insults him when he makes a pass at her. Murugan saves Manga from earning dishonour and now, the inspector is seething for revenge.
