MUMBAI: Less than a week after 19-year-old Dhaval Lodaya lost his life when a CST-bound train from Kasara derailed near Titwala station, the Maharashtra State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (MSCPCR) has taken suo motu cognizance of the incident.
"We will also send notices to the railways and ask them to be present for the next hearing," said Ujjwal Uke, acting chairperson of MSCPCR.
Notices will also be sent to the parents, who are currently running campaigns for justice for their son.
